Tonight, Relay for Life

Since my last entry, life and lots has happened. I will catch up on that in the next few days. But, for now, I am excited to share that tonight is Relay for Life!

I am so excited! The weather will be nice, and I am here with a full head of hair! Being bald was not so awful, but it is great to have a sign of healing blowing around. It is great to be a part of this...to help raise money for the research which, I feel, saved my life and is allowing me to grow up with my girls and continue growing with my husband.

Our Relay for Life Team has raised almost 1,000. That's awesome! It's also very humbling to realize that my willingness to participate has yielded that type of result. Granted, it's not 10,000.00 but, it's also not 10.00!
